Data and Quality Department

Micky Gonzales is the Data & Quality Analyst in the Child First Data and QE (DQE) department. Mr. Gonzales develops data reports, dashboards, and applications for Child First sites. He has a strong interest in creating data products that utilize automation and programming to eliminate user entry. Mr. Gonzales has over 8 years of experience in Data & Business Analytics, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

Dr. Mahalak has conducted psychological research in a variety of contexts, most recently focusing on public health communication and improving the effectiveness of healthcare systems. He works to use rigorous scientific and statistical methods to identify opportunities to improve the implementation of Child First’s program and to help it adapt to emerging social problems affecting its clients. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Ph.D. in Social Psychology in 2018.
