The Center for Prevention and Early Trauma Treatment is an NCTSN Category II Center whose mission is to address persistent gaps in prevention and early childhood treatment of young children and families impacted by trauma and adversity by:
- Expanding state and regional early childhood systems of care
- Collaborating with care models to create a trauma-informed continuum of care
- Coordinating training for the early childhood mental health workforce
- Expanding trauma-informed reflective supervision to early childhood community providers
- Increasing access to validated measures to address social determinants of health
