Ms. DiBella-Farber has served as an executive leader in the nonprofit field for over a decade. She has a talent for proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and effectively executing solutions. She has led organizational shifts toward data driven decisions with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of the children and families served. She believes that through collaboration we can understand when, how, and why our programs are successful, identify obstacles and implement practice changes to improve outcomes. Prior to joining Child First, Ms. DiBella-Farber most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Quality and Operations at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut. She had previously worked in New York City at Good Shepherd Services as the Quality Improvement Director and with the Administration for Children’s Services as a Quality Service Reviewer. Ms. DiBella-Farber is a Licensed Master Social Worker in both Connecticut and New York. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Connecticut.
