Megan Chrysler holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Master of Arts in Education from New York University. Ms. Chrysler has woven writing and education together throughout her career to amplify and support programs that help families who face adversity reach their full potential. Most recently Ms. Chrysler worked at the Yale Child Study Center on a program that worked to foster mentally healthy climates in early care settings. She loves to teach and co-create positive outcomes with adults and one her most cherished professional experiences is the time she spent as a home visitor. Ms. Chrysler is responsible for Child First replication, and she works collaboratively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to promote growth and sustainability.
