Ebony L. Gourrier, LCSW-BACS is the Louisiana Senior Clinical Lead for Child First. Ms. Gourrier is responsible for supporting operations and implementation, clinical consultation, training, outreach, and quality enhancement for the Child First affiliate sites in the State of Louisiana. Ms. Gourrier began her career providing intensive mental health services for at-risk youth and their families. Since then, she has served as a program manager and provided clinical evidenced based treatment to military service members, individuals, children, and families. In her various roles, Ms. Gourrier has served as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Board, Disaster Mental Health Team, Master Resilience Trainer, as well as provided transition assistance and facilitated suicide prevention and sexual assault awareness trainings. As a clinician, Ms. Gourrier is passionate about enhancing personal and professional development within her community, instilling resilience, as well as advocating for others.
